He subsequently joined Zenith Bank Plc where he had a decade banking and relationship management experience rising to the position of Head of Operations. Ayobami DUDUYEMI is currently an advisor and member of the board of directors of Agroinfotech Africa, IT innovation hub, Agrohub, Farmgate Digital and Education Consulting firm and is the Chairman of Youth Challenge Club Africa (YCCA).

Ayobami DUDUYEMI is a strategist, a passionate coach, a trainer, conference speaker and he consults for a wide range of companies across the private and public sector. His HR experience cuts across, Recruitment & Staffing, Organization Design and Succession Planning, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits just to name a few.

He also facilitates trainings in Human Resources Specialties, Leadership Development, General Business Ethics/Customer Service Skills and Sales/Marketing Management. Mr. Ayobami Duduyemi is an associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), a senior member of the Institute of Portfolio Management (IPM) and a registered animal scientist (RAS) of the Nigerian Institute of Animal Science (NIAS).

He is alumnus of the GMP+ consultants’ course of Wageningen Academy and Obafemi Awolowo University where he obtained his Bachelors, Masters and MBA degrees. He also holds a global consultancy and HR practice certification.

He is happily married to Dr.(Mrs) Adeola Duduyemi. Mr Ayobami also  speaks annually in major Universities across Nigeria and internationally.

His greatest achievements are his human capital products found in different strata of the Nigerian and Diaspora economy. He leads a team of other consultants and professionals in the firm.
